Manufacturer Update

Hello All. Thank goodness for a good manufacturer, because they noticed a last minute problem and are fixing it before sending it out. The parts were supposed to be all in two days ago but the last minute find has delayed us another one and a half weeks or so. I have paid extra for expedited shipping and am working to do everything as soon as we can. I appreciate your patience and support.

I just wanted to send you all an update. Kradls should still be shipping out in May. Some parts have been coming in and hopefully all inventory parts are here by May 21. I’m working with the manufacturers to get things made quickly and, most importantly, right.
New startups commonly have extra factors come into play, but shipping is SO close I can almost taste it. This is an amazing journey and is just the beginning. Working with you has been great, and I look forward to where we can take Kradl next.

Updated Timeline

It's finally April and the Spring is wonderful to have back (it takes a little longer to get to Idaho).
I wanted to give you all an update. Quality is super important, and I've been testing the different part functionalities from the Kradl molds to make sure all is right. That being said, there are some changes that have had to be made to the molds in order to assure great functionality. Extra time was built into the timeline, but that is now past and May has become the new target for shipping.
I apologize for the delay, and I'm probably the most excited to get these on your trees, but I'd hate to not have it just right for each Kradl. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions, and I will keep you posted as we all get closer to our Kradls.
The good news is everyone has a little extra time to get surveys modified, or filled out if you haven't. I will be locking those down about next Wednesday.

BackerKit surveys are coming!

It’s finally here. In the next 24 hours, you’ll receive an email from Kradl with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since I need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before I close the surveys and get the final counts (approximately March 31).
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on the BackerKit project page at https://kradl.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://kradl.backerkit.com/faq.
